Main projects :1. Development and Implementing a Novel Integrated Heart Failure Disease Management Program in MHS. This includes Tele Medicine (weight , blood pressure and heart rate), nurse led Call center and specialized heart failure clinics. 2. Development and Implementing an unique Tele ECG and Holter monitoring system serving over one hundred clinics , which creates , processes and interprets over 140,000 ECG’s and 20,000 Holters each year, and integrates them into the electronic medical record .3. Development of an Automated Patient Registry to Manage and Monitor Cardiovascular Conditions (60,000 patients), Hypertension (180,000 patients) and Anticoagulant Therapy (10,000 patients) In MHS.
